The Puyallup Fair 2011

The Puyallup Fair was a little more fun this year because you could go on more rides, and next year, I think will be able to go on all the kiddy rides.  

First stop was the Giant Slide:

Your reaction??  I did it!  With a big jump up in the air:

 Next stop, Merry-Go-Round!  Look how relaxed and poised you are up there!  From riding real horses :)

Then, it was hot air balloons.  You really wanted to ride them and knew exactly what they were, again from your Barbie and the Three Muskateers movie.  And mommy is weak-sauce.  Even that amount of going around and around in a circle was too much for me!  I felt sick.  But you were "whoo hoo-ing" the whole time. 

In a little space ship thing.  You actually did pull down that handle a couple times so it would go up.  

And the boats again, remember those pics from last year.  Look how big you are now! 

 This is you pointing and signing "more" to the planes that you didn't get to ride because you were too short.  Next year baby!

No, you cannot get a motorcycle when you are older.  

 Kept your eyes on daddy most of the ride.  And here you are waving at him:

 Driving a car!! 

 I love how you are wearing daddy's hat and we can barely see your face;  It was hot and sunny that day!

The choo choo ride of course was a must!!! I took a pictures of the wheel of course because it had a star on it!

 And then we went around and looked at animals and walked through exhibits and ate.  All the while you didn't throw one tantrum!

 

Once we (or I should say DADDY) convinced you to try a piece of cotton candy, you liked it, so we gave you a bigger piece, looked away for a few seconds, looked back and it was GONE!!!  Crazy girl!

 

And then after eating lunch, daddy and Brad going on a couple rides and all that, we went BACK to the kiddy rides, because daddy bought way more tickets than he should have.  SO, Giant Slide again!  Once with mommy: 

 And then back again with Uncle Bradley!  Up those 100 something stairs, and...

 down!  Despite the look of terror on your face, you would do this slide all day!

Firetruck ride: 

 Spinny ride with daddy!!!  You smiled the whole time because of your deep love of spinning!

 

 Hot air balloons again, this time with daddy:

And we let you get one souvenir.  Which was a mistake sorry to say little girl.  You didn't even look at this thing once we bought it for you.  Argh!  Won't be doing that again!

And of course the best part... a big long nap all the way home and then you slept for another hour or more on the couch.  Good times had by all!
