This was from a while ago... falling asleep waiting for me to get ready to go to Costco...
The car seat has always been a very popular place to take a nap. If the time of day is right, she snores away in her car seat.
When church was at 1:00 (her usual time for a nap), occassionally, she'd fall asleep during sacrament meeting, and a couple times she fell asleep in the car on the way there and let us carry her inside to finish out her nap in the foyer. These made for very relaxing sacrament meetings for mommy and daddy.
Launa too... :)
But what I really love is that she just grabs a pillow and blanket, picks a spot in the house and puts herself to sleep by rubbing her arm with her fingertips.
Here, she fell asleep talking to the fishies about their colors:
And here she tucked Cinderella in next to her and dozed off cuddling:
And here, she wanted to be in everyone's way apparently and laid herself right in the middle of the walkway between the kitchen and the family room. Everyone was stepping over her and the dog was jumping over her.
I think in this one she had been watching her daddy play games:
And then there are times where no blanket or pillow was grabbed, and sleep took her unawares as she was playing.
Playing with putting the money back in her piggy bank:
Eating chips (now spilled on the floor) and sitting in daddy's game chair:
Watching a movie on the iPad with her earphones on:
Not sure what she was doing here, just playing by the sliding glass door downstairs:
And then there are times she's whiny and not- falling asleep playing or putting herself "nigh night" and I say, "Starlynn, go lay right there and go to sleep." and she does!
Not sure why I thought the massage chair was a good place for her to take a nap, but it worked. I put the footrest up after she fell asleep so she didn't head dive off the chair:

And the ever-so-popular mommy's side of the bed:
Even with her sleeping habits, this girl is super entertaining!

Blessed!
