I was making black-eyed peas to put in our dinner the other night, and I picked Starlynn up. She looked inside the pot and said, "Ew, bugs." I looked inside the pot and thought, yep, those look like bugs!
It didn't stop her from wanting to help me cook them though, the whole time saying, "Ew, bugs." 
When they were done, she thought about eating them, but spit it out promptly. Then she fed it to Ellie Mae and then kept feeding Ellie Mae the "bugs" and laughing hysterically.
